Overview
Cloud System Administrator role responding to product and technical inquiries and implementing cloud-based systems under the direction of Senior Administrators.
What you'll do
- Respond to and resolve product and technical inquiries via phone or electronically submitted tickets.
- Implement cloud-based systems as directed by Senior Administrators.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or relevant work experience.
- Experience with system administration tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
- Experience with OS scripting languages.
- Working knowledge of cloud security.
