Commercial Intelligence Analyst

Overview

Drive commercial decision-making through data strategy, business intelligence, executive reporting, and AI-enabled insights, partnering with RevOps, Commercial Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

What you'll do

• Establish data standards, definitions, and quality controls across commercial datasets.
• Partner with business and technical teams to improve data integrity and accessibility.
• Support master data management and governance processes.
• Ensure alignment between Salesforce, ERP, data lake, and reporting environments.
• Design and maintain leadership dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Develop executive-level reporting for Sales, Commercial Operations, and Leadership Team reviews.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Automate recurring operational and executive reporting.
• Reduce manual reporting effort through dashboarding and workflow automation.
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks and performance metrics.
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive insights to support commercial planning.
• Enable self-service analytics and AI-driven decision support.
• Own data, insights, and storylining for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Create executive-ready presentations and performance narratives.
• Develop recommendations tied to business outcomes and strategic priorities.
• Conduct performance analysis across revenue, customers, products, and commercial programs.
• Identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and business risks.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to commercial leadership.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

Details

• Location: Pune, India (Smartworks).
