Community Associate, Email Support (Night Shift)

Overview

Community Associate providing front-line customer support via email for dispute cases, handling order/account inquiries, and delivering product education.

What you'll do

• Engage with users on dispute cases through email support.
• Investigate order details to resolve disputes filed by buyers.
• Respond to customers in a timely, friendly, professional manner by email.
• Execute fair dispute resolutions according to return policies.
• Gather feedback and suggestions from the community.
• Work to exceed targets including First Response Time, Resolution Rate, and CES.
• Support holiday work and occasional overtime as required.

What you'll need

• 0-3 years of equivalent customer service or community support experience.
• Ability to provide customer service via email (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Strong Macbook navigation and typing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work holidays and provide weekend support as required.
• Ability to collaborate with managers and peers from the US office with professionalism.

Details

• Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
• Work mode: fully Remote.
• Schedule: 5 working days/week, 9 hrs/day.
