Complex/Severe Represented Litigation Adjuster – Florida

Overview

Handle represented and litigated bodily injury claims from automobile accidents, including investigation, coverage and liability assessment, damage evaluation, communication, and settlement negotiation.

What you'll do

• Investigate single- and multiple-vehicle automobile accidents involving property damage or bodily injury.
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages by reviewing damage details and interpreting policies.
• Communicate with customers and attorneys by phone, email, text, and sometimes video chat.
• Evaluate and negotiate injury settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.
• Use estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms to evaluate claims.
• Document claim activity accurately and promptly in the claims system.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of Florida represented third-party bodily injury claim-handling experience.
• Experience managing severe, complex, and litigated bodily injury claims.
• Knowledge of Florida tort reform.
• Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License.
• Strong communication skills, especially by phone.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Permanent remote, home-based role within the United States.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST schedule.
• Annual compensation: $65,600-$110,075 USD.
