Complex/Severe Represented Litigation Adjuster - Remote (CST)

Overview

Handle represented and litigated automobile bodily injury claims involving property damage and/or injuries. Investigate claims, assess coverage and liability, communicate with claimants and attorneys, and negotiate settlements.

What you'll do

• Investigate single- and multi-vehicle automobile accidents.
• Assess coverage, liability, damages, and policy interpretation.
• Communicate with customers and attorneys by phone, email, text, and sometimes video.
• Evaluate and negotiate injury settlements with claimants, vendors, and carriers.
• Document claim activity accurately and on time in claims systems.
• Use estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms to resolve complex claims.

What you'll need

• 3+ years handling represented third-party bodily injury claims.
• Experience handling severe, complex, and litigated bodily injury claims.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time remotely.
• Adjuster or appraiser licensing may be required within 60 days of hire.

Nice to have

• Experience handling claims in Texas, Oregon, Iowa, or Nebraska.
• Knowledge of Gross Tort Value and Risk Analysis.
• Experience with NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, or Casualty Center.

Details

• Permanent remote home-based role in the United States.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm CST.
• Not available to residents of California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
• Compensation: $56,000-$92,000 annually.
