Consultant/Engineer - PRA and PSA

Overview

Consultant/Engineer roles focused on Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) and Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) work, including risk-informed and advanced nuclear activities.

What you'll do

• Conduct PRA analyses, calculations, and risk-informed engineering evaluations.
• Develop and enhance PRA models for internal events, fire, seismic, and external hazards.
• Support licensing and regulatory strategies affecting plant operations.
• Apply online risk tools and explore advanced methods (including optimization approaches).
• Perform human reliability analysis and evaluate severe accident scenarios.
• Provide consulting expertise through regulatory submittals and stakeholder communications.

What you'll need

• 5 years of experience in PRA (mid-level) or qualifying senior-level experience is indicated.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent PRA-related experience).
• Experience with nuclear plant or advanced nuclear PRA, operations, licensing, or engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to nuclear safety.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

• Work mode: Remote - United States.
• National pay range: $80,000 - $160,000 USD.
