Forward Depolyed Engineer - RiskOS Agents

Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help move AI-assisted workflows into trusted production systems for RiskOS, working closely with strategic customers and partners.

What you'll do

• Build with strategic customers and partners to understand workflows, data environments, constraints, goals, and operational pain points.
• Own deployments from prototype to production, including discovery, scoping, design, build, integration, testing, rollout, and adoption.
• Translate customer policies, SOPs, data sources, and operational processes into RiskOS workflows and agent behaviors.
• Write code and configure/debug/integrate systems across APIs, data sources, security boundaries, and operational tools.
• Define and improve agentic workflows using testing, evals, observability, guardrails, and feedback.
• Measure outcomes such as speed, accuracy, analyst productivity, review burden, evidence quality, and operational control.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on technical ability across APIs, integrations, workflow logic, data mappings, internal tools, scripts, and production systems.
• Ability to take an ambiguous customer problem from discovery to production with tradeoffs across scope, speed, quality, and risk.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or strategic partners to understand messy problems and deliver usable outcomes.
• Product-minded engineering judgment across architecture, implementation, debugging, user needs, and operational risk.
• Systems thinking to modularize complex workflows into testable components.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or similarly hands-on technical roles.
