Overview
Implementation Engineer (Consultant) supporting Harbor’s Enterprise Solutions practice by installing and deploying Intapp solutions and integrations to ensure client satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Assess client needs and install/implement legal/accounting/consulting systems, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
- Own end-to-end implementation: scoping, planning, development, installation, configuration, deployment, and support.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical situations and create effective solutions.
- Handle upgrades to production systems as needed.
- Perform integrations and data movement using REST services and cloud-hosted systems.
- Own client communication and set client expectations for each project.
What you'll need
- At least 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role in a legal services/law firm environment.
- Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries with solid understanding of relational database structure and normalization.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft SQL scripting language.
- Competence in problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality.
- Advanced expertise with deployment methodologies.

- Acts as go-to for go-live off-hours help for internal resources and technical hurdles.
- Maintains 80-90% of time spent on client-billable projects.
