Overview
Implementation Engineer supporting the configuration, implementation, and technical delivery of digital banking products and third-party integrations for client onboarding and enhancement projects.
What you'll do
- Configure digital banking products and third-party integrations.
- Manage assigned technical implementation tasks and timelines.
- Troubleshoot configuration, system, and interface issues.
- Execute implementation testing and validate platform performance.
- Coordinate technical requirements with project teams, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain configuration records, technical procedures, and project documentation.
- Provide technical support during implementation and post-go-live activities.
What you'll need
- 1–3 years supporting software implementations, technical consulting, systems configuration, or client onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Experience configuring software platforms or supporting technical implementation projects.
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and technical issue resolution methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience documenting technical procedures, configurations, and implementation activities.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital banking, fintech, or financial services technology platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or data exchange processes.
- Proficiency with C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with project management, ticketing, or documentation platforms.

- Salary: $89,000–$100,000 yearly.
