Senior Braze Platform Architect

Overview

Senior Braze Platform Architect bridging business vision and technical execution on the Braze Marketing Platform for client engagements.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, scoping, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and lead technology discussions.
• Architect data feeds, platform configurations, and automated campaign workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client data feed issues using available documentation and platform tools.
• Develop project scoping and estimating guidelines for planning and expectations.
• Stay current on Braze updates and integrations, and share insights with the team.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing technical knowledge and providing feedback.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on architecture experience with the Braze platform.
• Cross-channel marketing experience across Email, Push, SMS, Web Push, and In-App Messaging.
• Prior consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Solutions-oriented approach that exhausts tools, documentation, and networks before escalating.

Nice to have

• Braze certification or equivalent platform credentials.
• Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Klaviyo).
• Familiarity with data warehousing, API integrations, or BI/reporting tools used alongside Braze.
• Experience mentoring or managing technical consultants.
