Sr M365 Power Platform Engineer (SharePoint, Power Platform & Copilot)

Overview

Design, develop, and govern enterprise Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, and Azure services.

What you'll do

• Design SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform with external systems using REST APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
• Apply Copilot and AI Builder to automate content generation and workflows.
• Analyze processes and develop low-code/no-code automation solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Implement CI/CD and ALM practices across Power Platform environments.
• Gather requirements, write technical specifications, and mentor junior developers.

What you'll need

• 3+ years developing Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or Azure OpenAI integration.

• Remote home-office workplace in the United States.
• Travel required: 0–5%.
• Salary: $100,700–$167,900 per year.
