Consultant - Internal Service Desk

Overview

Consultant responsible for managing and troubleshooting digital media and ad trafficking tickets, supporting campaign delivery, and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers.

What you'll do

• Handle user tickets and troubleshoot issues within service time limits.
• Follow up to confirm ticket resolution.
• Manage campaign setup, creative trafficking, reporting, and technical support.
• Monitor campaign delivery across ad exchanges, publishers, and networks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate, analyze, and communicate solutions to problems.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in ad trafficking and technical troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of DCM and other ad servers.
• Experience with tag management tools such as GTM, Tealium, and Content Square.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, web analytics tracking, and viewability or verification.
• Experience with proprietary pixels, Meta, TikTok, and third-party vendors such as Nielsen and Kantar.
• Knowledge of MMPs and app-install or conversion campaigns.
• Any graduate qualification; relevant ad-operations experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JIRA.
