Consultant, Oracle 4A

Overview

Workday Functional Consultant focused on Core HCM and Time Tracking, responsible for configuring, optimizing, maintaining and supporting the Workday tenant.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test and deploy functional configurations within Workday Core HCM and Time Tracking modules.
• Manage and maintain foundational Workday structures, including Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, Job Profiles and Cost Centers.
• Configure and optimize end-to-end Workday Business Processes such as Hire, Change Job, Terminate and Request Time Off.
• Configure complex Time Tracking rules, period schedules, time entry templates and calculations to meet corporate policies and legislative compliance.
• Manage time clock integrations, manager approvals, time-card overrides and the flow of data from Time Tracking to Payroll and Absence Management.
• Troubleshoot functional defects related to timesheets, missing allocations and rounding rules.
• Design and build custom reports, matrix reports and dashboards using advanced calculated fields.
• Configure and maintain Workday Security Groups, including role-based, user-based and domain security policies.

What you'll need

• Hands-on functional experience in Workday, with at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations or extensive AMS post-production support.
• Proven expertise configuring Workday Core HCM concepts (Supervisory Orgs, Security and Business Processes).
• Required skills: Workday HCM, Workday Time Tracking.
• English language, Advanced (C1).
• Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, or Masters in Software Engineering.

Nice to have

• Workday Core HCM Certification (highly preferred).
• Advanced Workday Time Tracking certification (significant advantage).
• Strong understanding of how functional configurations interact with data migration tools (EIBs) and downstream integrations.
• Certifications listed in the posting: Oracle10g DBA OCA, Oracle Certified Foundations Associate, Oracle Procurement Business Process Certified Foundations Associate Rel 2, Oracle Database 12c Administrator Certified Associate, Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger Certified Associate, Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate.
