Overview

Consumer Insights Lead in Glance’s Foresight & Behavioral Insights Unit, owning the quantitative backbone of consumer research and producing integrated mixed-methods insights.

What you'll do

• Design and run quantitative studies including segmentation, conjoint, MaxDiff, and survey-based behavioral cohorts.
• Collaborate with qualitative researchers to integrate findings into single, decision-ready narratives.
• Partner with Data Science on user profile intelligence and decision heuristics.
• Own Voice of Consumer programs including structured feedback loops and sentiment tracking.
• Translate funnel and survey data into hypotheses explaining the “why” behind behavioral signals.
• Manage global research panels and survey vendors across US and APAC.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of consumer insights, market research, or quantitative UX research experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative or behavioral discipline (e.g., Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, HCI).
• Experience with statistical analysis in R, Python, or SPSS (including regression, factor analysis, significance testing, or weighting).
• Survey platform fluency with Qualtrics, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, or equivalent tools.
• Mixed-methods orientation: quant-led but conversant with qualitative methods.
• Comfort with data visualization and stakeholder storytelling tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience managing external research vendors and global panels.
