Content Developer II

Overview

Content Developer II to create instructional, learner-centered training content and learning materials for corporate L&D and eLearning audiences.

What you'll do

• Develop training material tailored to targeted learner profiles and instructional strategies.
• Create engaging content using tools including Articulate SL 360/Rise 360 and Vyond.
• Structure learning experiences across eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended using instructional design models.
• Produce storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs and project managers to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timely deliverables.
• Incorporate SME/user feedback to improve learning content.
• Apply accessibility and inclusion requirements per WCAG or equivalent standards.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in Instructional Design within corporate Learning & Development or workforce upskilling.
• Experience designing and developing courses/curricula for adult learners across online/hybrid/face-to-face modes.
• Hands-on experience with ADDIE and/or SAM and instructional design/ adult learning principles.
• Ability to create clear storyboards and design formative and summative assessments.
• Proficiency with eLearning and multimedia tools including Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 (and similar platforms).
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards such as WCAG and Section 508.
