Overview

Representative, Digital Marketing role supporting quality audits and content updates for large content libraries under a Team Content Operations Manager.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Team Content Operations Manager to conduct quality audits on extensive content libraries.
• Evaluate and edit existing content for clarity, accuracy, and usability based on best practices.
• Identify opportunities to refine and improve content quality and user experience.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize production processes and content effectiveness.
• Review large multi-page documents to ensure quality standards are met.
• Contribute to quality assurance protocols to streamline content updates and revisions.
• Make independent decisions and recommendations for content enhancements within team guidelines.

What you'll need

• Strong English competency at C1 level.
• 1 year or less experience in contact centers and/or content studios.
• Must be able to work on-site.
• Attention to detail when reviewing large multi-page documents.
• Experience in working with Microsoft Suite and Google online tools is preferred.
• Must have a graduate educational qualification.
