Overview
Instructional Designer/L&D Specialist responsible for end-to-end design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs for employees across global locations.
What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders and SMEs to assess skill gaps and align learning to business priorities.
- Conduct training needs analyses and translate requirements into learning objectives and program outcomes.
- Design and develop e-learning, ILT/VILT materials, microlearning, and job aids using instructional design models.
- Build courses with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) or similar tools, including storyboarding and visual design.
- Own program management from planning and facilitation prep to LMS delivery and post-program measurement.
- Administer and manage content on Cornerstone OnDemand, including troubleshooting learner access issues.
- Measure learning effectiveness using evaluation methods and Cornerstone reporting/analytics.
What you'll need
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or L&D.
- Success designing and delivering scalable learning programs with measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand, including content uploads, curriculum configuration, learning assignments, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) or Adobe Captivate, and publishing SCORM/xAPI content to an LMS.
- Strong storyboarding, scripting, and visual design skills with attention to learner UX.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and program evaluation (feedback, NPS, impact reporting).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Instructional Design, Education Technology, HR, or Psychology.
