Learning Specialist 4

Overview

Lead a Learning Specialist role partnering with HR Business Partners and global learning teams to deploy learning solutions that build leadership and functional excellence across India.

What you'll do

• Design scalable, blended learning solutions aligned to business, regional, and global learning priorities.
• Build leadership and functional capability through learning interventions.
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences that enable reflection, practice, feedback, and behaviour change.
• Build strong partnerships with leaders, HR, global learning teams, SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end program planning, governance, communication, vendor coordination, and implementation.
• Measure learning effectiveness and share insights that link learning investments to capability growth and business impact.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, with demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to build capability at scale.
• Experience supporting technology, engineering, semiconductor, or global matrix organizations.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work mode: hybrid, either On-site Flex (3+ days per week on-site, remainder remote) or Virtual Flex (1-2 days per week on-site, remainder remote).
