Learning Architect

Overview

Learning Architect to lead instructional design and training content development across multiple formats.

What you'll do

• Engage stakeholders to define training objectives and scope.
• Design and develop instructor-led trainings, eLearning modules, job aids, hands-on labs, and assessments.
• Oversee deployment of training materials on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Conduct training needs assessments and analyses aligned to the go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Manage content development projects from inception to completion and adapt as priorities change.

What you'll need

• 7-10 years of experience in instructional design.
• Experience using instructional design models like ADDIE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Rise.
• At least 3 years developing technical content including software simulations/virtual training environments.
• At least 3 years managing end-to-end content development projects.
