Sr Associate - Instructional Designer L&D

Overview

Sr Associate - Instructional Designer (L&D) responsible for creating digital learning experiences and eLearning content in collaboration with SMEs and design/development teams.

What you'll do

• Develop instructional design documents and storyboards for digital learning.
• Convert source material into learner-friendly formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and develop eLearning modules, job aids, and training materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to produce courses.
• Conduct basic needs analysis and learning content research.
• Perform course reviews and revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure alignment with instructional design standards and learning objectives.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
• Good knowledge of instructional design fundamentals.
• Ability to storyboard.
• Ability to independently work on eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate).
• Capability for content structuring and writing.
• Attention to detail.
• Certification or degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
