Workplace Experience development Specialist

Overview

Workplace Experience Development Specialist focused on creating dialogue-driven, gamified simulation training for on-site facility management employees via JLL’s Experience Upskilling App.

What you'll do

• Design simulation-based learning experiences aligned to learning objectives.
• Create natural dialogue and narratives for facility management and workplace service scenarios.
• Develop role-specific training modules for diverse on-site employee populations.
• Build and refine interactive simulations in the vendor’s platform and test for engagement and effectiveness.
• Run workshops and conduct interviews with facility management leaders and account teams to inform content.
• Support the Pit Stop Program by coordinating meetings, evaluating initiatives, and documenting outcomes.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, facility management, or workplace services is advantageous.
• Proven experience developing narrative-driven training content, ideally including dialogue-based scenarios.
• Strong background in instructional design with application of pedagogical principles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Understanding of game design principles and interactive learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and SharePoint.
