Sales Enablement Learning Designer

Overview

The Sales Enablement Learning Designer designs and develops scalable learning and practice experiences to help sellers and managers build and apply sales capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable learning experiences for identified seller and manager capability needs.
• Translate sales strategies, messaging, methodologies, and business priorities into learning and performance support.
• Develop digital learning, microlearning, simulations, role plays, reinforcement, and assessments.
• Support onboarding, seller and manager readiness, sales plays, masterclasses, and other enablement initiatives.
• Create facilitator, learner, and performance-support resources for consistent global delivery.
• Partner with the Sales Enablement Lead and subject-matter experts to build effective learning solutions.
• Use AI and emerging technologies and continuously improve learning using feedback and performance insights.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Experience designing digital, virtual, and instructor-led learning.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, practice, reinforcement, and performance-based learning.
• Strong critical-thinking, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing learning using modern authoring and learning technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.

Details

• Based in India, Hyderabad.
• Role requires a later-day work schedule in India, typically ending between 10:00–11:00 p.m. IST for U.S. team overlap.
• Reports to the Director, Sales Enablement (India).
