Training Developer

Overview

Training Developer to create and maintain eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning content for NetBrain University and internal training.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain eLearning, ILT, and blended learning content.
• Develop training materials for NetBrain platform functionality, workflows, and customer use cases.
• Produce and edit instructional video, audio, and other multimedia assets.
• Convert technical requirements into training content with trainers, instructional designers, and SMEs.
• Update existing courses and assets for product enhancements and recurring releases.
• Apply training standards, templates, and content guidelines; occasionally conduct training sessions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience in training content development (or master’s with 3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and multimedia best practices.
• Ability to improve course clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Experience with or the ability to demonstrate understanding of network engineering concepts.
• Proficiency with tools including Articulate 360, Camtasia, Scribe, Docebo LMS, and SharePoint.
• Collaboration and communication skills for working with technical teams, SMEs, and non-experts.
