Senior Specialist, Learning Management System (LMS) - Workday

Overview

Senior Specialist for Learning Management System (LMS) configuration and support, focused on Workday and SAP/SuccessFactors learning modules within HR Technology.

What you'll do

• Execute heavy learning module configuration in SAP/SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Create and maintain SDLC documentation (requirements, specifications, designs, testing, validation, release, and knowledge articles).
• Support change control, GxP validation, audits, risk assessments, and IT governance compliance.
• Support and configure third-party learning systems and learning catalogues (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Axonify).
• Assess and manage new business requests and recommend alternative technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex business problems using technical expertise.
• Maintain data integrity, compliance reporting support, and analytics, resolving data issues.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in HRIS, IT, or HR Operations with a Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 6 years with a High School diploma.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in SAP/SuccessFactors and Workday Learning configuration.
• Experience translating end-user business requirements into technical system functionality.
• Minimum 2 years leading or executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end system testing.
• Demonstrated understanding of data privacy principles and practices.
• Experience leading projects in deadline-driven, fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience with analytical skills to resolve complex business problems.
