Overview
Senior eClinical Business Lead focused on IRT and DHT design consultant work supporting clinical research activities.
What you'll do
- Provide consultation on RTSM and DHT study design, requirements gathering, and system configuration.
- Analyze protocols and collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review, and validate user requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks for RTSM and DHT implementation, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable guidance for study teams and system users.
- Evaluate system integrations and flag potential issues across third-party interfaces and data flows.
- Partner with UAT leads to design, execute, and validate testing against requirements and objectives.
- Interact with external clients on RTSM and DHT design considerations, protocol requirements, and implementation strategies.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience building RTSM and/or DHT clinical trial systems and managing requirements.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
- Strong technical and data standards knowledge with experience applying data standards.
- Ability to create and explain business processes and train others on implementation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in RTSM and DHT systems, clinical trial design, and requirements management.
