MTS Project Manager

Overview

MTS Project Manager is an internal capability lead for building, internalizing, and scaling a new operating model for high voltage switchgear, partnering with an external consulting firm and later scaling across switchgear factories.

What you'll do

• Act as internal co-lead to the external consulting team during local execution.
• Participate in local implementation waves for the operating model execution.
• Run analytics across the workstream and develop scalable methods.
• Drive risk management and manage roadblocks in execution.
• Translate consulting concepts into practical, repeatable, sustainable internal solutions.
• Provide input to global processes and tools and drive harmonization.
• Own governance and process for the new operating model.

What you'll need

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in operations or supply chain in complex value chain setups.
• Strong exposure to Engineer-to-Order or Make-to-Order business models.
• Ability to work effectively with external consultants.
• Experience in transformational projects and change management (preferred).
• Good communication skills and team-player mindset.
• Willingness to temporarily re-allocate to different countries across regions.
