Overview
Senior Program Manager to lead global Digital Transformation programs focused on ERP, CRM, and SAP enterprise applications.
What you'll do
- Lead multiple complex, cross-functional technology programs across ERP/CRM/SAP.
- Develop integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive enterprise governance, executive reporting, and portfolio health reviews.
- Manage end-to-end ERP/SAP/CRM implementation activities, including integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
- Lead ERP/SAP/CRM transformation initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, or Operations.
- Execute delivery using Agile, Hybrid, and traditional methodologies and improve predictability.
- Manage globally distributed delivery teams and vendor relationships across regions.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of progressive Program and Portfolio Management experience in large enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide ERP, CRM, and SAP transformation programs.
- Strong experience working with North American (onshore) business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Proven experience managing global delivery teams across multiple geographies.
- Hands-on experience implementing complex technical programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
- Extensive experience delivering programs using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Hybrid methodologies.
