Associate – Infrastructure Expert, iGT - Infrastructure & Resilience, Advisory

Overview

Associate role in PwC Advisory focused on ICT/e-Governance consulting for government and public-sector organizations, supporting digital transformation, strategy, and delivery across multiple client engagements.

What you'll do

• Develop ICT and e-Governance strategies aligned with government objectives and citizen-centric service delivery.
• Define digital transformation roadmaps for State Governments, PSUs, and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).
• Drive large-scale technology-enabled governance initiatives to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptualization to execution and monitoring.
• Provide consulting on ICT frameworks, Smart City solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Structure and manage PPP models for ICT projects with stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation.
• Design and implement Smart City solutions including ICCC, IoT-based services, and citizen engagement platforms.

What you'll need

• 2 years of experience (Associate level).
• Ability to design and implement digital transformation roadmaps for government and public sector organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI, IoT, Cloud, and Data Analytics to integrate into governance frameworks and enterprise architectures.
• Expertise managing large-scale ICT/e-Governance projects using PMP/PRINCE2/Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of national ICT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy regulations for compliance and secure design.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and drive collaboration between government and technology partners.
• Full-time education: BE/BTech (or equivalent) OR MBA (or equivalent).
