Controls Technical Support Engineer 3

Overview

Controls Technical Support Engineer 3 supports and maintains the Chiller Plant Automation System, ensuring uptime and SLA compliance across data center sites and key accounts.

What you'll do

• Support Chiller Plant Automation System uptime and automated operations per agreed SLA.
• Provide technical inputs to resolve Level 3 and Level 4 breakdown cases.
• Conduct incident analysis to help prevent future reoccurrence.
• Review product notifications and cyber security alerts and drive regional teams to act on rectifications.
• Provide feedback to regional and factory teams to improve service quality.
• Respond to calls for early closure, first time fix, within 24 hours, and close hot alerts to improve NPS.
• Support field teams with technical expertise for CPM and CFS, and upgrades/modernizations for CFS systems.

What you'll need

• Be involved as an SME in on-site and off-site requirements for maintaining system uptime.
• Support technical training for FLSP, including CPM and CFS commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Support coaching for LPT and SoTech training modules.
• Engage with 3rd-party system technical resources for in-house core teams to manage 3rd-party application functionalities.
• Identify and support field teams for CFS system upgrades/modernizations.
• Support technical audits and predictive analysis to generate L&M opportunities.
