COO's Office (Business Analyst)

Overview

Business Analyst supporting the COO’s Office at Sarvam AI, focused on business performance metrics, dashboards, OKRs/KPIs, and insight reporting.

What you'll do

• Define, track, and report key business and team performance metrics.
• Build and maintain internal performance dashboards and reports.
• Establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and other business metrics with teams.
• Create visualizations and data displays for leadership and teams.
• Analyze trends, identify gaps, and highlight areas needing attention.
• Translate teams’ data requirements into meaningful metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports.
• Present insights and recommendations to business and leadership teams.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement.
• Hands-on dashboard/report building using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a simple, business-friendly manner.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of metrics and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with OKRs, goal tracking, or organizational performance metrics.
