Wealth COO Office - Assistant Vice President

Overview

Assistant Vice President role focused on administrative and analytics work for the Wealth business, including reporting, deep-dive analysis, and cross-team data collaboration.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain a centralized reporting suite for KPIs, business drivers, and financial impact.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the Wealth business.
• Develop analytics to track value realization from key investments and initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, and the Front Office to gather data, align on metrics, and deliver insights.
• Prepare and present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.

What you'll need

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
• Experience with databases and information management.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience.
