Core Enterprise Account Executive MST/PST - Remote

Overview

Core Account Executive focused on helping the largest and most strategic enterprise customers consolidate outdated technologies, digitize workflows, and unlock data insights, with typical deal sizes of $100k to $500k.

What you'll do

• Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Demonstrate an excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns involving POCs, multiple stakeholders, trials, and multi-faceted pricing negotiations.
• Sell to executives and CXOs.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as the company scales globally and across new offices.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
• Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $100k+ ARR transactions.
• Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships.
• Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willing and comfortable traveling to meet customers on a monthly basis.

Details

• Remote position open to candidates residing in the US.
• Requires working in PST or MST timezone.
• Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range: $222,400 to $278,000 USD, depending on city of residence.
