What you'll do

• Design and develop front office eTrading applications for the trading business.
• Collaborate with Traders, Sales, and Quants to define the platform direction.
• Enhance platform capabilities with a focus on stability, flexibility, and maintainability.
• Drive engineering standards and best practices.
• Improve automated testing and optimize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
• Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of programming experience with an object-oriented language (preferably Java).
• Knowledge of multi-threading concepts and relational databases.
• Solid architectural understanding of enterprise applications.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including concurrency, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
