Core Operations - Assistant Vice President

Overview

AVP role within Transaction Services overseeing multiple teams. Requires knowledge of the asset management industry, guiding teams through project strategy, execution, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Direct and manage project development from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with Business and Global Operations leads to identify resources for transition/change management projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate with mitigation approaches.
• Represent Global Operations in project meetings with client and other business lines.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Estimate resources, timescales, and participants needed to achieve project goals.

What you'll need

• 12-14+ years of experience in staff management and leading projects.
• Proven related industry experience in Trade Settlements/Trade Processing/Capture.
• Knowledge of various financial products including Equity, Fixed Income (Repos), Money market Instruments, and Foreign Exchange.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills when dealing with customers (internal or external).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
