CPQ Analyst

Overview

The CPQ Analyst maintains and enhances the CPQ system, working with customers, peers and management to prioritize and implement product build and maintenance changes on the CPQ platform.

What you'll do

• Work with customers, peers and management to ensure proper prioritization and implementation of systems changes related to product build and maintenance with the CPQ platform.
• Maintain and augment the existing CPQ system to standards agreed with the business community using the product.
• Design and deliver customer-centric systems solutions in relation to product configuration set-up, development, and maintenance.
• Adhere to the System Development Life Cycle process to ensure quality results.
• Lead product-related projects to ensure requirements are delivered satisfactorily.

What you'll need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good problem-solving skills/analytical skills.
• Project management skills.
• Engineering/materials handling experience OR Oracle CPQ Cloud experience.
• Understanding of sales process/commercial awareness.
