Overview

Conduct clinical monitoring and site management activities for sponsor-dedicated immunology studies, supporting compliance, data quality, patient safety, and study timelines.

What you'll do

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management, and close-out visits.
• Assess site performance, protocol compliance, safety risks, and data integrity.
• Review source documents, medical records, case report forms, and clinical queries.
• Verify informed consent, investigational product handling, and electronic data capture compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile Investigator Site Files with Trial Master Files.
• Document monitoring activities and track action items to resolution.
• Support recruitment, retention, training, audit readiness, and investigator meetings.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Experience in immunology clinical trials.
• 2–4 years of experience as a CRA plus the internship.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH Guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Good computer skills and ability to adopt new technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of local requirements for real-world late-phase study designs.
• Ability to train junior staff.
• Local knowledge of treatment patterns, patient advocacy, and healthcare provider associations.
