Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3)

Overview

Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) providing client service by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical incidents to keep infrastructure operational.
• Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
• Handle high-complexity tickets, logging details, assigning, and escalating support calls.
• Perform monitoring checks and respond to alerts to identify issues before they become problems.
• Improve operations through pre-emptive service incident resolution, product reviews, and operational improvements.
• Create knowledge articles and train junior team members for frequent tasks/issues.
• Engage third-party vendors when necessary and keep systems/portals updated as prescribed.

What you'll need

• Extensive Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
• Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in changing circumstances.
