Cross Technology Managed Services Network Security Engineer (L3)

Overview

Provide L3 managed services network security engineering support by resolving complex technical incidents and keeping client infrastructure operational across multiple technology domains.

What you'll do

• Resolve high-complexity incidents and support calls while meeting SLA requirements.
• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain client infrastructure.
• Analyse, assign, escalate, and document incidents.
• Identify opportunities for service optimization and automation.
• Create knowledge articles and train or coach junior and L2 team members.
• Engage third-party vendors and keep systems and portals updated.
• Support projects, disaster recovery functions, and implementation activities.

What you'll need

• Extensive managed services experience with complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience working with vendors or third parties.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT or Computing, or equivalent work experience.
• Effective planning, communication, active listening, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and across different cultures and social groups.
