CS Management Trainee

Overview

CS Management Trainee supporting corporate secretarial functions, legal compliance, and governance processes.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, FEMA, and other corporate laws.
• Support Board, Committee, and Shareholder meeting processes including notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and documents with ROC, stock exchanges, and regulators.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documentation per legal requirements.
• Assist in preparing Annual Report, Corporate Governance Report, and other regulatory disclosures.
• Track compliance calendars and support timely completion of statutory and regulatory filings.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Company Secretary and Legal function on day-to-day matters.

What you'll need

• CS Executive Programme cleared at minimum Group I.
• Preference for candidates who cleared both groups or are pursuing the Professional level.
• Ability to support compliance with Companies Act, 2013.
• Ability to support compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
• Ability to support compliance with FEMA.
• Ability to support secretarial documentation and statutory filings with ROC and regulators.

• Location: Gurgaon.
• Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Stipend: ₹20,000 per month.
• Duration: 21 months.
