Specialist role focused on treasury, banking, and compliance for cross-border trade and investment activities.

What you'll do

• Ensure exports, imports, overseas direct investments, and FDI transactions comply with FEMA and RBI regulations.
• Coordinate with banks for opening, closing, and updating signatories and related documentation for bank accounts.
• Manage relationships with banks and bank officials.
• Coordinate monthly bank service review meetings for feedback and updates.
• Maintain a central repository of accounts held by subsidiaries/branches/representative offices in India and overseas.
• Drive digitisation of trade documents and automate banking activities.

What you'll need

• CA/ MBA qualification is required.
• Experience of 2-5 years is required.
• Good knowledge of FEMA regulations is required.
• Understanding of RBI master directions and guidelines from regulators is required.
• Practical knowledge of regulatory formality and requirements is required.
• Negotiation and communication skills are required.
• Team management, analytical abilities, quick decision-making, and networking are required.
