Overview

Design, build and configure applications tailored to specific business process and application requirements, serving as a subject matter expert who leads and manages a team.

What you'll do

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to deliver work.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
• Experience in integrating business process requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and best practices in custom application engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
• 15 years full time education.
