Overview

Custom Software Engineer responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing tailored software components across systems or applications.

What you'll do

• Design, code, and improve components within systems or applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate project requirements into software solutions.
• Independently contribute and grow into a subject matter expert (SME).
• Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Maintain and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
• Guide junior team members with mentorship and support.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience using OutSystems.
• Proficiency in OutSystems.
• Ability to design and develop scalable software components using modern frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issue analysis and resolution.
• Familiarity with agile software development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies for quality deliverables.
