Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Custom Software Engineer role focused on designing and delivering enterprise custom software solutions using modern frameworks, agile practices, and GenAI/Agentic AI.

What you'll do

• Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Design end-to-end application-heavy enterprise architectures across systems and applications.
• Architect integrations between systems, applications, and third-party services via APIs/microservices/event-driven patterns.
• Develop multi-cloud deployment and management strategies for portability, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Provide technical guidance on .NET and Python backend systems and front-end frameworks.
• Ensure performance and security by following industry standards and best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
• Experience in .NET Full Stack Development is required.
• Proficiency in Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability and responsible use.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core and MVC Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Python for backend development.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
