Overview
Software Engineer to join a technology team building scalable, secure backend services and web applications, with cloud, CI/CD, testing, and security responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain backend services in C# .NET Core and Python.
- Develop web apps using React JS, Node.js, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Use AWS and Azure services to keep backend and platform services performant and scalable.
- Own end-to-end quality and deployment, including testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident management.
- Collaborate with product teams to navigate unforeseen issues and keep projects on track.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and develop unit, integration, and automated test coverage.
- Apply information security standard methodologies throughout development.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET, Java, or Python.
- Strong SQL skills and experience handling structured and unstructured data.
- Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and system design fundamentals.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (and related tools) for cloud-native applications.
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization for web apps and APIs (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
- Experience with Git/source control and code management.
Nice to have
- Experience designing, integrating, and deploying applications & APIs on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with microservices, serverless systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and automating build and deployment pipelines.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management in production.
- Strong communication skills collaborating across multi-functional teams.

- Location: Pune, India.
- Work travel: Up to 10% travel expected.
- Remote: Position is not available for remote working.
