Overview

Custom Software Engineer responsible for developing, enhancing, and optimizing software components using SAP CO Management Accounting, modern frameworks, and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Design, code, and enhance software components across systems.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Lead process improvements for team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Manage team activities and contribute as a subject matter expert.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• 15 years of full-time education.
