Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop custom software solutions and tailored components that integrate within larger systems or applications. Collaborate with multiple teams using agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, code, enhance, test and refine custom software components across systems or applications.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within software development processes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Apply agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• 15 years full time education.
