Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications as a Custom Software Engineer, acting as the primary point of contact. Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to deliver software solutions aligned with business needs.

What you'll do

• Lead the initiative to design, develop and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Oversee the progress of development activities.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject-matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes and outcomes.
• Lead technical discussions and guide teams through challenges.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Service Fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and application configuration.
• Experience managing and integrating multiple software components to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Capability to lead technical discussions and guide teams through challenges.
• 15 years full time education.
