Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, build, and configure custom applications that meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and configure applications for business requirements.
• Collaborate with and manage the team as a subject matter expert.
• Make decisions for the team and contribute to cross-team decisions.
• Identify and implement team best practices.
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate software component integration across functions.
• Monitor progress and address delivery challenges.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with component-based architecture and modular design.
• Ability to develop responsive and scalable user interfaces.
• Familiarity with integrations and APIs.
• Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing code.
• 15 years of full-time education.
