What you'll do

• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Design, code, and improve components within systems or applications.
• Work with contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and continuously refine software elements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
• 15 years full-time education.
• Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Experience in financial module integration and configuration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Ability to customize and extend SAP FI CO Finance functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
