Software Engineer

Overview

Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and evolving reusable platform capabilities, including services, frameworks, APIs, libraries, and tooling. The role also contributes to platform architecture, strategic initiatives, and engineer mentoring.

What you'll do

• Design and develop reusable software services, APIs, SDKs, libraries, and frameworks.
• Define platform standards, reference architectures, and integration patterns.
• Improve software quality through automated testing, CI/CD, secure development, and observability.
• Build tooling, agents, and workflows that automate engineering processes.
• Lead strategic platform initiatives.
• Mentor engineers in modern software development and AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Improve developer productivity through automation and AI-assisted engineering.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building platforms, frameworks, shared services, or enterprise applications.
• Strong development experience in C#, Python, C++, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience designing APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, event-driven applications, and containerized environments.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with scalable software architecture and system integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and engineering workflows.
• Exposure to edge-to-cloud architectures, connected devices, and IoT ecosystems.

• Location: Bengaluru North, Karnataka, India.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams using SAFe 6.0 principles.
